Why does more sometimes mean less...
Ever walk into an auditorium and see so many seats available but none are together. Or when you are reading an advertisement about a home and they say so much about the property but fail to tell you how big it really is until you get there. This happens everyday in the world of Mortgages and Real Estate. We want you to believe that there is so much work that goes into everything we do, acutally you the consumer ends up doing most of the work. After all we are just messengers. My grandmother once told me that it is better to gather as much as you can you can discard what you do not need. So all the list you get from bankers and agents who are trying to help are not really asking for all that much if you think about it. They have to have it and you will not get to the next phase without it. Is it really all that much? It seems like a lot but typically the items requested are readily available. In fact most are electronic and there is not much cost involved only time.
So take the stress off and find that seat or if you are with a freind ask if someone does not mind moving over. All it takes is a second and you have your answer. Happy hunting.
Cheers!
