$100 Down Program is Back

Wednesday, October 26, 2011 - Article by: Ron Pippin - The Pippin Team @ Citywide Home Loans - Message

What can $100 buy? Let's see...

o About two tanks of gas.
o Two months of cell phone service.
o A nice dinner for two.
o A new house

What? A new house?

That's right! When buying a home that has been foreclosed from HUD (the Department of Housing and Urban Development), you can get that home for $100 down.

There are a few restrictions:

1 - It must be a HUD home (an FHA foreclosed property)
2 - You must be buying for your primary residence (no investors)
3 - You must make a full price offer Pretty easy stuff.

Of course, there are still other no down options in case this one doesn't work for you but it's a great program that isn't tied to government grants, limited to specific areas or first time homebuyers. YOu can see some of those at www.HelpMeWithaMortgage.com

As of right now, I know of 17 states where this program is available :
1. Arkansas
2. Colorado
3. Iowa
4. Kansas
5. Louisiana
6. Missouri
7. Minnesota
8. Montana
9. Nebraska
10. New Mexico
11. North Dakota
12. Oklahoma
13. South Dakota
14. Texas
15. Wisconsin
16. Wyoming
17. Utah

As always, call me, text or email me if you have questions.
