Janice Wescott is currently the VP, Senior Loan Officer at Reliant Mortgage and has enjoyed an incredibly successful mortgage career spanning 25 years and is recognized as one of the area’s favorite mortgage professionals despite being a life long resident of Windham, Maine and not having a full-time office in the area. Wescott recognized that Androscoggin County desperately needed a better and more competitive lending environment but her senior position at Reliant Mortgage requires her to travel throughout the state every week. Wescott has single handily branded the image of the Adirondack chair and motto “It’s Like a Day at the Beach working with my TEAM!” with mortgage financing here in Maine.

Brendan Fontaine, an Auburn resident and attorney before joining the mortgage banking industry in 2006 is a licensed banker in Maine and New Hampshire and has managed his own successful mortgage branch operation since 2007. He brings his loyal and exceptionally talented team of Jason Gagnon and Kyle Gabri to Reliant Mortgage.
