First Community Mortgage has recieved a pool of money from the Government for the last 3 years that enables us as a division of an FDIC bank to lend $5,000 per client on a first come first serve basis. This $5,000 is non repaybale loan for help on downpayment assistance and or closing costs. Minimum invetsment into the transaction is only $500 unlike Georgia Dream which is a minimum on $1,000.
