The National Assoc. of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) to fight the LO Comp ruling that goes into effect April 1, 2011-stay tuned to see how this shakes out and the impact it will have on mortgage rates going into summer.
