The documentation for loans has never been tougher. You will probably be asked for more documentation up till the time that your loan funds and records. It is not the borrower, it is part of the time that we are in where everything is being questioned to make sure that everything is verified. The reason for this is the poor performance of all loans and once we get over this, it will start to ease up. Until that time, expect to be asked for more documentation.
