Many people have realized that it is impossible to qualify for a mortgage today without good credit. The credit crisis of the last few years has resulted in tighter lending policies so that it is tougher to purchase a home even with government loans and first time home buyer programs. Some information may be virtually correct but the profile is not reporting properly even that information must be removed.
