For the third time in a row, the USDA eligibility map changes have been postponed. This time until 09/30/2014. This is GREAT news for our county and other counties across the US where USDA loans are widely popular!! Although the issue has not been resolved, but yet just "pushed down the road again," it does give borrower's some needed breathing room.
