Are you a Veteran?

Some of you may or may not be familiar with a VA home mortgage. The Department of Veterans Affairs currently offers the most aggressive mortgage products available in the industry on given loan scenarios. I'll keep it short..

Did you know that the VA does not only offer 100% financing for new home purchases. NOW, there are new programs that will offer 100% on Cash Out Refinances! Right now, there is not another Lender/Bank/Credit Union that has a cash out option to 100% Loan to Value..... and most lenders can't offer this VA program.

If you combine that with VA's excellent % rate pricing AND absolutely "No monthly mortgage insurance premiums", you will have the best financing available within the industry. Shop around, there is not a better home mortgage available.

Consider this:

Do you currently have a 1st & 2nd mortgage lien on your home? You can combine the two together with a VA Fixed mortgage refinance and save on interest and payment by eliminating the high cost of 2nd mortgages or variable Home Equity Lines Of Credit.

Do you currently have an FHA, Conventional, USDA, Lender Paid MI, or any type of mortgage that includes Mortgage Insurance? Let's refinance this right away and eliminate that high monthly cost of Mortgage Insurance! There's a potential for a significant savings!

Are you in need of pulling cash out for a debt consolidation structure, a new home purchase, or whatever it is you are in need of? Refinance to take advantage of the equity in your home, currently I can offer up to 100% of your home's appraised value! For some that's borrowing 20% - 40% in equity on a Fixed low interest rate!

Who Is Eligible for a VA Loan?

If you're not a Veteran, take a moment to forward this on to somebody whom is. The information is valuable, and may not be known by all.
