The number of homes on the market with pending sales increased for the 15th week in a row! It was a 0.4% increase in Canyon County and a 4.5% increase in Ada County for the week. The number of homes on the market in Canyon County increased this week by 0.5% and increased by 1.3% in Ada County. Activity in the market has been steadily increasing over the past couple months!
