If you are looking to buy just a mobile home.. and your plan is to put it in a park somewhere.. then no.. mobile homes are not considered "real property" unless the home is architecturally attached to land that you own, and has an affidavit of affixture filed with the county recorders office. If you are looking for a used mobile home that's considered real property,. then yes.. there are lenders out there who can help.. Try contacting a local mortgage professional,,, ideally a mortgage broker/banker.. Not everyone does mobile homes, so calling a mortgage bank/broker will be your best bet.. they will have access to numerous lenders with each one offering a different set of lending guidelines.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
