Will I qualify for a mortgage

I've recently finished my masters degree and I have accepted a full-time salaried position in another state. However, I have only worked part time and temporary jobs including being self-employed over the past 3 years while finishing my degree. I know that my salary is very good for the region, and I want to buy a very inexpensive home. by stoll51 from , . Jul 21st 2011 Reply

With you work and school history you should be able to qualify for an FHA loan without any problem assuming your credit meets minimum requirements. Where are you moving from and where are you moving to? If you have any questions beyond this feel free to call or email me at any time. Best of luck to you.
