I've recently finished my masters degree and I have accepted a full-time salaried position in another state. However, I have only worked part time and temporary jobs including being self-employed over the past 3 years while finishing my degree. I know that my salary is very good for the region, and I want to buy a very inexpensive home. by stoll51 from , . Jul 21st 2011
With you work and school history you should be able to qualify for an FHA loan without any problem assuming your credit meets minimum requirements. Where are you moving from and where are you moving to? If you have any questions beyond this feel free to call or email me at any time. Best of luck to you.
hi if the 2 above brokers/lenders are not able to assist, I am a loan officer for a Federally Chartered Bank NMLS #754875 that can assist with the loan and even cover all closing costs if needed. Any questions, let me know Mike (703 505 5300)
Your school history counts as experience for us since you obtained your degree. If you are in TX I am at your disposal. Brad - 972-724-3222 x 227 - bcahoone@globalhomefinance.com - http://globalhomefinance.com
