Will I qualify for a conventional mortgage with a 706 credit score?

You can qualify for a conventional loan down to a 620 score. But there are other area's that you would need to qualify for the loan such as Income, assets, etc...call a local mortgage broker from our forum here and go from there. Good Luck

Good Evening. You need to have a FICO Score provided to you so you will know for sure what a Mortgage Credit Report Score will be as your Consumer Score is not generated with the same scoring model. Credit Scores are only 1 metric used to qualify for a mortgage as you know, but do reach out to a mortgage professional in your area and see if they will work with you to see where your credit is and help get your pre-approved for a mortgage. Yes as long as every thing else also looks good, such as income, debt to income ratio, assets, job history etc. With a 706 your score wont be in question. I would touch base with a local loan officer and have them present all of your available options. Best wishes, Sean
