WILL HARP 3.0 BECOME AVAILABLE?

Hi Stephanie;Currently there is no movement in congress to expand HARP to the "HARP 3.0"there is no date available at this time

It has stalled and looks like it's going to sit dormant until HARP 2.0 ends this year.. It's possible that the current administration will do something to replace HARP 3.0, but you most likely wont see anything until the end of 2015..
