Why is my lender charging me for14,000 of Lender Expensive? They say its something I owe but I didn't know nothing about Intill they sent me a letter I called and ask and the lady didn't even know how to explain it . Can someone help me please!

Sounds like an escrow issue (taxes and insurance)... They were probably under collecting, and have paid that expense already on your behalf. Now they are looking for you to make good on it. Call your servicer again. They are the only ones can can explain what it is.
