Lynn, Sorry you're having difficulty, but this is a general website and not affiliated with any particular lender. If you are not getting communication and good service perhaps you should withdraw your application and work with a different mortgage lender. The process should be pretty similar regardless of who you work with. Some lenders are swamped with refiance applications and it may take many months for you to hear anything and close on your loan. Lynn, sorry you are having trouble the Lender 411 website is not a lender if you are trying to reach a specific lender from this site use the search tool to find the lender you sent the information to, or better yet try one of the repondents to your question for better service.
