Why and I being Punished????

My Ex-Husband and I purchased a home, he would not allow me on the loan...period. He used his VA Disability and GI Bill privilege to purchase. I am on the Title only. We divorced in 2019. The settlement gave me all the equity in the home, and I was to finance with in 90 days. To this day I have not received my settlement award of the financial accounts, everything was in name only. He took me to court multiple times for show cause as to why it was not done. Each time I stated to the Judge that I could not because he refused to transfer any of the finances (Money awarded) to me, and without any collateral, any bank or financial institution could not. He then had his attorney file a show Cause for Contempt of Court. During the hearing in January 2020, I again, stated to the Judge I could not as he refused to comply with the divorce settlement depriving me of the necessary collateral to do this. The Judge signed the contempt order, abating any alimony I received, and fining me $50,000.00, at this time, my ex's attorney stated to the Judge, he would not be making any more payments. Period. The Judge gave me until March first to secure financing or the order goes into effect. So I hit the internet, and had help with information, and in February I secured a loan with the USDA, I did everything required, and it was all in line to close, I encountered one problem. My ex refused to address the Seller's contract. Ignored it, and then lied in court about it. Being 2020, and the pandemic and all, and even receiving an extension, I lost the funding for the home. My first attorney withdrew in 2019, 2 days prior to the final hearing, due to a personal family tragedy, and my second from February 2020 through November 2020 was part-time, as he was running for the Circuit Court Judge in the neighboring county and won. I was representing myself from May 2019 to January 2020. I contacted the holder of the note, only to learn, as I was not on the loan they could not share any information with me. Everyone once in a while I got lucky and a representative would, after they heard my Story. I must have called them once or twice a week, to make sure I kept informed of what ever I could. Last time I spoke with them in January 2022, the total in arrears is $34,357.54. The taxes are paid. I found out through a court hearing in September 2021, that the home was in foreclosure, again not being on the loan, I could get no information. Through his attorney to my 3rd attorney at the time, I was emailed the information. There is absolutely nothing I can do. I make a hundred phone calls and no one can answer any questions I have. I do not want to lose MY home, and the VA told me, "We can't make him make a payment". Why is he not being held accountable for his crime? Why isn't the VA helping me? He is 23 Yr. Retired USCG Sr. Chief, and a retired DHS U.S Customs and Boarder Protection Officer. He bought a home before he originally left, paid cash, he built a garage, bought a new truck, motorcycle, and snowmobile with trailer all with cash. Yet he has failed to fulfill his Government obligation to the VA regarding the Home Loan. Is the VA known for not holding borrower accountable for their obligations? Does the VA not care that his actions are causing a Disabled Person to be possibly homeless. Why is he allowed to break the law? I also found he lied on the Home Loan Application, multiple times. Regarding value of prior home by overstating its value by $70,000.00, lying about not receiving VA Service Related Disability, and for inflating investments by a large amount. I also found his application for the DHS US Customs Security Clearance, which has many, many false statements. He is defrauding the US Government and no one cares. Is there any information, contact point, or person that can give me any assistance on this matter. I know this sounds immaterial to most, but I wonder how many non-service ex-wives are in the same or similar situation and scared to death, fighting the fight of their life?
