More info would be needed.. is your mobile home architecturally attached to real property? Is your currently loan owned by Freddie or Fannie? Is it HARP eligible? If the answer is yes to all these questions, then it's possible you might find a lender willing to do a HARP refi on a mobile home.. but it wont be easy finding one.. Most lenders stay away from MFH because they represent a very weeks asset, and when they have to foreclose, they lose much more on MFH's vs. single family homes.. so for this reason, most don't like doing them.
