Be sure who ever you deal with is a LOCAL Broker, not a bank, and not one of those 50 states or internet lenders.. dealing with a LOCAL broker is beneficial because he is aware of local customs, and works with many lenders not just one... he can find the right loan product for your particular scenario...WilliamAcres.com

I would reach out to a local mortgage broker who is approved with many different lenders. Every lender is different when it comes to HARP 2.0.I only Lend in Florida!
