Who in California is offering a no points, no fee jumbo refi loan at 4.25%?

We would need more information and rates are not valid without a loan approval and a locked loan. But are you a true jumbo loan amount or a high balance jumbo? Depending on your county limit, either $625k for high balance, or over that would be true jumbo. Just for reference, If on high balance jumbo, yes 4.25% is possible depending on the loan scenario and credit etc... On super jumbo program, rates are slightly higher. So much more info would be needed that it's impossible for anyone here to say for sure.. if you're looking for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage, no points, no fee's Jumbo, then it's not going to happen.. 5/1 or 7/1 ARM or a 15 year mortgage, it's possible.. But without knowing your credit scores, income, debt load, debt to income ratio, loan to value, loan amount, etc, etc, etc.. way too much info missing, and besides.. any loan officer with any integrity would never quote someone based on an internet post.. and if they did, they're probably not the loan officer you should use..
