Everyone I talked to says it does not exist but other people in the building were financed and not just by WELLS FARGO. I purchasing a unit for 428,000 can anone help? by villar_739_667 from Miami, Florida. Oct 24th 2011
If everyone in the building has received financing then ask them who did it. You may find that that was done back when there were Lenders doing those programs.
I have an extended list of unconventional lenders that may be able to help you with the financing. Please let me know if you would like me to help you. Thanks
If you are working with a real estate agent then I suggest he or she contact a local appraiser (if not you can do what I am about to propose yourself). Real estate appraisers maintain a database of closed transactions and that information will contain the type of financing and who the lender was. Once you know which lenders have offered financing on the project recently you can contact them directly. Also, the Tax Collector's office might have an escrow code for other units in the project that might tell you who has financing on subject units (you might have to call the Tax Collector to get the code interpreted).Good Luck,Mark
