Just about every bank and credit union in your area will do HELOC's.. your best bet is to contact your own bank or credit union.. There are better sources for a 1st mortgage, typically a local mortgage broker will offer better pricing, rates and fees.. but they usually don't deal with HELOC's.. your local bank is a better source for that..
