Many lenders are doing them, but most of the "Big Banks" are not at this time.. for this reason, I suggest you contact a local mortgage broker and apply with them.. because brokers deal with numerous lenders, it's easier for them to find this loan product than you calling / emailing countless list of individual lenders..
