Look at a community bank in your area- they should be able to help you
Local banks will give you options, but you should also be able to find some local mortgage lenders and/or brokers who can provide manufactured financing.
Just Google "manufactured home lender ID". I just did, and got a number of lenders in that area.
Finding a lender that has the ability to do Manufactured home is hit or miss. A couple ideas: (1) Talk to your current lender - you may qualify for some type of streamlined refinance that will save you money. (2) If that doesn't work, talk to the Realtor you bought the house from, Realtors are a great source for Lender referals.
I believe Wells Fargo can still do that but if you don't already have a loan with them it may not work. Good advice previously about starting with your current lender or do an internet search.
Manufactured loans where near impossible to get 5 years ago, however today as the market recovers, it's seems to be getting easier as other lenders start offering the product.. under the "Community" tab above/right, select "Find a Lender" and you can type in your zip code to get a list of lenders in your area offering financing.. you can also call some MFH sellers in your area and ask them who they use for financing.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
