No. You wouldn't be automatically added to anything. You could go to a local title company and they could assist you with a quit claim/survivor deed(s). That would add you to the property as having rights/ownership. If you wanted your name on the "Note" or the mortgage, he/you would need to do a full refinance to get your name on there. -- Although, you are in Florida so you may have slightly different laws (concerning rights to property once you're married). Last, I believe you all are a "Dower" State (like Ohio) so if he ever wanted to refinance again or sell he couldn't do so without your presence (once you're married). You'd just sign a couple pieces of paper. Still wouldn't add you to the mortgage/deed unless/until you actually applied and were approved on a new loan with him and/or if a quit claim deed, survivorship or some other type of deed was done.
