When looking for a mortgage should I use a site like this?

This is a great way to shop around and get the best deals. We get wholesale rates like the banks do, but do not charge a bunch of junk fees. If you would like to contact me to discuss your options, I would love to help you out.Shelldodd@sacmtg.net 916-595-1177 cell

Just like with anything in life, you will find good and bad everywhere. Check out whomever you choose thoroughly and make sure they are licensed in California. Check the BBB and ask a lot of questions.

From your question you need more knowledge than seeing a rate. All lenders, brokers and their employees don't have the same expertise, level of service, rates and fees or the same products.Have you ever seen a great advertised price on a high dollar purchase and then found out it was not exactly as advertised? Do your homework. That way you won't get hurt. .... Rudi
