The proposed legislation to create the structure for HARP 3 is in the hands of Congress. Unfortunately the legislation has not progressed since 2013 and at this point, it appears it may never become reality. This does not mean that you would not qualify for a refinance. Home values have increased and lending guidelines have loosened.I would appreciate the opportunity to review your situation and provide guidance as to your options. Please contact me at 216-245-LEND and I will be glad to assist you.
The way its looking, it wont pass with this President in office.. it's possible the next President might re-visit this as there are still many people out there that might benefit from this revised version of HARP.. but as of today, it's been in the hands of congress since 2013 with no movement in sight.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. It does not seem that HARP 3 will ever happen. Partially due to many property values increasing and that was one o the primary reasons for HARP.There should be many loan options for you whether you have little equity or lower credit scores. FHA loans are the most forgiving and easiest to get approved for either of these reasons.
