well it is not that simple but it is...your score looks fine to qualify up to 95% but income and assets are also part of the equation. You back into the loan from the cost of construction and the future value with that construction finished, so you could potentially qualify for up to 95% of the future repaired value...Good Luck
Too much info missing.. to know what you would qualify for, we would need to know your income and debt.. Also, the maximum allowable loan amount for HomeStyle renovation loans is capped at $417K, so with 10% down, you would be maxed out at $463K sale price, with 10% down, would net you a $417K loan. Or for your example... $350K sale price plus $50K in renovation = $400K x 90%= $360K loan with $40K down. This is allowable under the HomeStyle loan, but again, we would need to know your debt and income to say if you would qualify.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
