More info needed, so i'll have to try and read your mind.. my guess is that the lender is asking you to write a letter of explanation regarding credit card delinquency.. If this is the scenario, then I would try telling the truth.. In general.. the lender wants to hear why it happened, what you have done to correct it, and how you will never let it happen again.. So long as it's in this format, then you should be ok.. Example: "To whom it may concern... I was so excited about going on vacation, that I complete forgot to pay my credit card bill.. When I found out, I immediately paid them and brought the account current, and I signed up for text and email alerts to notify me 15 days before the payment is due so I will never make this error in the future again. " Again, I can only guess since your question is missing details.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
