More details would be needed, but in essence, your looking for a cash out refinance.. this is the loan you would use to maintain ownership of a property, but pull out some of your cash equity.. typically, you can go as high as 85% Loan to Value if you have owned the property for more than 12 months, and it's your primary residence.
