Zero for commercial.. Even SBA requires a down payment and reserves to qualify for a commercial loan.. the logic is if you cannot afford to put money down and you don't have any cash reserves to pay for bills, then you really shouldn't be looking at purchasing a commercial property.. if your looking for residential down payment assistance, then it's possible you can find something in your area, but it would only be for an owner occupied purchase.. if your looking at any type of investment property, residential or commercial, you will not find any DPA programs..
