The options are endless. With HARP refis, your allowed to finance the closing costs, so you can do it without anything out of pocket. You can also choose to pay the fees out of pocket, or select a higher interest rate and let the lender give you a credit to pay the costs.. many different scenarios are available to you.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. It depends, you may need to get an appraisal depending on how your DU or LP approval is done. You can roll of your closing costs into the loan amount or you can get a slightly higher interest rate and receive a closing cost credit. Contact a local loan officer and have them give you all of your options so you can see what is the best cost vs. benefit that fits your needs. Best wishes, Sean
