What LTV can I get with a self-employed bank statement loan?

That type of financing completely disappeared after the real estate collapse, and new government rules make them incredibly challenging to offer. Only recently have a very small number of lenders dipped their toes into those alternative type of financing options again. Good luck...

You will have to discuss this one with a local lender. The stated income loans are going to be lender specific on the the LTV due to it being a non conforming product that is held privately.

It's going to be a "portfolio" or "Hard Money" type loan and each lender has their own rules as to what the allowable LTV would be.. but I would expect you wont find any willing to lender more than 70%, but more realistically, 60%.
