In order to qualify for the SHIP/DPA program, you need to use one of the approved lenders.. Also, lenders don't just go by one credit score for qualifying purposes.. they look at all 3 credit scores and use the MID score to determine if you score is within the lenders acceptable range.. But understand that it takes so much more than a credit score to obtain financing.. You could have a 750 credit score but have a deficiency which is not acceptable with the lender and could result in you being denied.. so much more info is required, much more than just 1 credit score.. you should go to Alaucha county's website and contact one of the lenders in their "Approved Lenders" list..
