There is absolutely no way anyone here can answer that question without a WHOLE lot more information.. Most commercial lenders will not quote a rate or terms without knowing all the details.. loan amount, type of property (single story, multi story, high rise, suites, etc.) Rent roll, income, loan to value, DSR, borrower qualifications, borrower experience, etc.. I could go on and on, but I think you get it by now.. the best source for commercial financing is www.scotsmanguide.com They have a commercial lender search tool... once you plug some of the details of your scenario, you will get a list of lenders who MIGHT do your loan, but you would need to call each one and go over the details of your scenario to get any kind of a quote..I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Commercial loans are entirely different from residential loans and the rate and terms vary even more. Need a lot more detail from you.
