What is the max seller concessions % for an owner occupant vs an investor for a conventional loan in Florida?

Investor owned across the board is 2% maximum.. however for a owner occupied property, you can get up to 9% so long as the loan to value is at or below 75%, if LTV is above 90%, then the max is 3%, and between the LTV of 90% to 75.01%, then 6% is the max.
