I currently have a balance of $41,000 on my mortgage at a 4.75% (15-years). My home is worth approximately $280,000. I am buying a car so I need to borrow $40,000. I can do a no interest loan for 5 years, but then I can't deduct interest. I am contemplating refinancing for approximately $81,000 and want to know the lowest interest on a no-cost loans available. Is there a way to find out what lending institutions have the QE3 funds which might be at a lower rate. Thanks! by ipakch_301_853 from Henning, Illinois. Oct 22nd 2012
No competent loan originator is going to quote you a rate without knowing all of your detailed financial info, nor should they. Plus, in some cases it is ilegal to do so anyway.
YES , no one can give you a rate, without knowing your credit , trade lines, assests, how long have you owned your home, what do you do for a living, etc... you can look at rates all day long ,and without these factors, it doesnt make any sense, yOU WILL find very low rates on the internet, but remember it is to get the phone to ring... linda
Larry said it well ...he didn't beat around the bush...LOL
