What is the best financing option in my situation?

I have come across an amazing property in an excellent location but I’m having trouble with financing. It has 3 rundown houses with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath each unit. The price is set at $350k and after viewing the property and crunching the numbers it looks like a great deal. The units need a complete renovation though that would run up to $200k including furnishing and appliances. Each unit can make around $60k yearly based on short term rentals in the location. Might be private money...do you have experience is taking on such projects? Any experience managing properties? These are just a couple questions that would determine which type of investor might entertain this scenario. Feel free to contact me.562.254.5616
