Average turn time from start to finish could be anywhere from 17 days to 45 days depending on your situation.

Most lenders all across the country should answer about 30-days... the biggest delay we usually see if from the client themselves. Not getting the lender requested documents is the #1 slow down.

Assume 30 Days give or take for most loans, but if you are doing a USDA Loan, it could be 45 to 60 Days and a 203K Renovation Loan is closer to 45 Days.

It really where your home is located in the Denver Metro area. You should be able to close within 3 weeks of the time that you have provided all the documentation requested by your Loan Officer/Processor.
