100% disabled Vets, who have a service related disability and were honorably discharged can purchase a home using their VA benefits (assuming you have VA entitlement available) and because of your VA disability, you do not have to pay the VA funding fee.. it's waived... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. First, thank you for your service. A 100% disabled vet can buy a house just like anyone else. What is your credit, what is your income, how much can you afford. With a VA loan, you'll get no down payment, no mortgage insurance, and because you are more than 10% disabled, the VA loan also waives your VA funding fee. I love VA loans!
