It will not qualify for conventional financing. You should contact the manager of the park and ask for lenders that specialize in manufactured home financing.
In order to get a "Real Estate" loan, you must be buying "Real" property.. A MFH on a rented lot is not considered "Real Property" so you would need to get a mobile home loan.. typically, the places that sell those types of homes also have lenders they can refer you too. All your traditional loans frown on manufactured homes in parks... On your own property you'll have better luck. Search the internet for mobile home lenders in parks. Good luck.
You will need to look for a chattel loan, if you are looking at buying a property and putting it on a rented lot or doing a space rent.
