The costs have to be paid for, otherwise you cannot close... But there are ways to help with the closing costs.. One way would be to finance the costs.. so long as your not financing more than the maximum allowable loan to value, it can be financed. If you're purchasing, you can ask the seller to contribute towards your costs. You could also select a slightly higher interest rate and get a "Lender Credit" to offset/pay for your closing costs.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. All loans have closing costs - but while you are always paying them, there are multiple ways to pay them. Cash, rolled into the loan, or rolled into the interest rate. Talk to a local mortgage broker in your area for more assistance. In MN, WI, and SD - visit www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.net

The closing costs on a transaction can be paid a few differnent ways.If this is a Refinance, you can finance them into your loan amount if the equity in your home allows for it.If this is a Purchaase, you can request the seller pays for the closing costs. Usually I will structure this with your real estate agent. As the lender, we can also help with covering the closing costs. Thirdly, we can look for a Junior Lien program that will finance the costs. And, in some cases, it is a combination of all e covering the costs. Go to my website at www.BenHolloway.com and choose the DPR link to see if any of the closing cost programs we offer will help you.Ben Holloway 800.800.5378
