Yes, on a streamline refinance you will not have to produce as many documents as you did for the prior finance. The amount of documentation will be dependant on what kind of loan you have currently, IE is it VA or FHACall me to discuss it further we are an FDIC insured Bank and Lend in all 50 states - John 913-928-6187

Great question- I assume you meant that you have a VA loan right now. A VA steamline is called an IRRL or intrest rare reduction loan. This is merely to lower the rate and or term. If you are currently in a VA loan right now then you qualify for a IRRL. Typically streamline loans require less documentation but with VA there will not be much of a difference. The biggest key element to this loan is that you can only do an IRRL if you have a prior VA loan and you are not taking any cash out. Please let me know if I can help you out as we offer our veteran clients no origination, no processing and no underwriting fees at all!

hi there: I am not sure if you are interested in a FHA streamline with or without an appraisal. Cash back cannot xceed max $500 on both cases. Minimum of 6 monthly on-time payments required...Maximum 0x30 mtg lates in the last 12 mths...Upfront MIP can be rolled into new loan amt. As for VA IRRRL streamline, can go up to 100% and COE not required for this type of refinance..Minimum of 6 mth payment history recommended and 0x30 past 12 mths. These are standard guidelines and some lenders might have an overlay based on their guidelines. Any questions, call to discuss (Mike 703 505 5300)
