What are the minimum property standards for a conventional loans in UT?

What exactly do you mean by minimum property standards? There are specific standards for FHA loans that an appraiser has to check during his inspection, but Conventional standards are a bit more grey. Obviously the roof has to be in working order, the utilities have to function, there can't be anything that is dangerous due to neglect - it's typically about safety. FYI, if there are repair needs to meet the standards, there are conventional loan options that allow you to add the cost of those repairs to the purchase price (assuming the appraisal of the property supports the additional costs)
