Correct Syracuse is in Onondga County and the FHA limit is, for a, 1 Unit: $281,250 2 Unit: $360,050 3 Unit: $435,200 4 Unit: $540,850. FHA is only 3.5% down and can have gifted funds to close the loan. I lend in all States. Click my link and email for more info. Hope this helps. RC
