There are several options...FHA 3.5% downFannie has a conventional product that requires min. 3.% though predominantly 5% min. required.You do not mention where you are located as there is also a program in California that allows for just .5% down..And yes USDA offers a 100% down program if you are in a rural area.Feel free to contact me..Dan "The Loanman"877-369-4319
