What are my options? I'm buying an investment property
I'm looking to buy a rental property and I am weighing my options. I moved to the US last Jan 2022. I work for the same company for the past 18 years. I applied for a loan in May of 2022 and I have qualified as an international buyer. Lender used my credit history in my previous residency country and got a loan for a $750k home. My scores are 750 and income is $200k plus. I have enough savings to cover a year of payments. What are my options for an investment property costing between $250k to $300k?
