What are my chances of gettting approved?
I own a cleaning business since this was in demand during the pandemic. Being self employed, would this hurt my chances of getting a loan? I've been renting for the past 20 years and I believe it's time to buy my own home. I have enough down payment for a home worth $500k, I can put down at least 20%.
