Hello, and not sure what your question directly is, however I am under the impression you are planning on purchasing a home and are asking about income requirements? Many lenders do not like DTI (debt to income) to be over 45%. There are many online calculators that can help you figure out your DTI based on the home loan amount you are seeking.
